Innovation of FM in your company

By 2050 Africa is forecast to have a population of nearly 2.5 billion people which is approximately double the current population in 2021. Therefore, there will be a need to build and maintain a vast new inventory of facilities to meet this new population. We also predict that this development in new facilities will not be distributed equally in each country, so we expect quite a range of different types of building ages, conditions and uses. The African facility manager will need to deliver a wide variety of solutions for many different types of stakeholders with varying types of facilities. This diversity in clients’ needs and portfolios will require the African facility manager to have the tools to develop innovative solutions for all their clients. This presentation will give them an initial framework for how to innovate as a facility manager managing one site or a business owner managing multiple sites.
