Cliff is a seasoned Facilities Management Operator, Consultant and Trainer with more than 45 years overall business experience in a wide spectrum of sectors.He is the owner and principal consultant of Wilconox Facilities management Services, providing consulting and training services to the Facilities Management Industry.
He has managed in-house facilities management operations in the Public Sector, Financial Services, Automotive and Healthcare industries.
In terms of outsourced facilities management operational management, Cliff has been responsible for implementing and managing contracts within the Telecommunications, Financial Services, Hospitality and Retail sectors amongst others. International exposure includes exposure in Hong Kong, the UK, Mauritius and Malaysia. Consultancy services experience includes public and private sector as well as extensive PPP exposure locally and in Sub-Saharan Africa. Training exposure includes the facilitation of a variety workshops in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya and Mauritius directly with client organisations. Leadership Skills

Cliff has been involved with the South African Facilities Management Association (SAFMA) since its formation in 1998 and served in a number of capacities on the National Council since then, serving as President from October 2007 to August 2010. He is currently an active member on the Board of Directors of SAFMA, now registered in terms of Section 21 of the Companies Act.
