Neltah Mosimanegape is a Botswana-based real estate professional and founder of Tempest Gold, which focuses on transforming the property/facilities management, marketplace services and research sectors through technology and innovation. It’s listing app had been selected as one of Demo Africa’s 2018 Top 30 startups. She was selected for the prestigious Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneur Programme. Tempest Gold has launched its latest offering, ‘MRSP’; a digital property management toolbox. The company is currently expanding its footprint throughout Africa.
In 2019, Neltah was named the ‘Women in Africa’ Botswana laureate. She was also awarded the coveted ‘Young Property Person of the Year’ by API Events. Tempest Gold has been internationally recognized in 2020 by ‘Wealth & Finance International’ and was awarded the coveted ‘Best Woman Owned PropTech Start-Up 2020- Africa’ award at the organization’s annual FinTech Awards. This makes her the first winner from Botswana since the inception of the coveted FinTech awards which are on their fourth year.
Neltah considers herself a ‘multi-potentialite’ with various passions centred around real estate. She is currently studying towards a Doctorate in Real Estate through the University of Witwatersrand and a Certification in Big Data Analytics. She previously sat on the Boards of the Real Estate Institute of Botswana and the Lady Olebile Masire Trust as the Secretary General of both boards. Currently, she produces and hosts her own real estate talk show, called ‘Real Estate with Neltah’ broadcasted on HubTV.
