Kagiso is a dynamic sustainability professional who specialises in Green Buildings, Renewable Energy and ESG Strategy Development and Management. Her background is in Real Estate and Construction Management through which she has practiced as a construction Project Manager. Kagiso has been involved in the delivery of some of the first certified Green Buildings in Botswana and Zambia. She is a licensed EDGE Faculty member who is authorised to train professionals for becoming EDGE Experts. EDGE is an internationally recognised green building certification tool created and owned by the IFC-World Bank.
As an advocate for community awareness, market stimulation and education in Green Buildings and Precincts, she believes in efficient and sustainable design, construction, and operation of both new and existing buildings across all sectors. Kagiso also believes that building design has a major impact on workplace culture which in turn is key element of social sustainability.
