I am a certified facilities manager holding CFM from IFMA with more than 15 years of experience in FM from a total of 21 years of experience. I am also holding ProFM, Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, NEBOSH, and IOSH same as different certificates in Security and Crisis Management.

I’ve worked for different multinational organizations in different regions between Africa and GCC on both the service provider side and the client side as I am doing now in Genpact.

On the volunteering level I’ve participated as a judge with SkillsUSA, I am a keynoter/presenter that managed & participated in different industry events locally and internationally with a dream to elevate the FM industry in Africa and Egypt same as investing in new generations that see FM as their career and make them competent & confidant to take series steps towards their target.
