Gyan Awuku-Sao is an experienced Facilities & Project Manager with over 10 years experience in building operations maintenance, space management, real estate and tenant management as well as construction project management.
He has built a reputation in delivering FM services and projects and has demonstrated an ability to drive innovation across businesses through strategic thinking and solid FM execution. He is a detail-oriented person and strives to give off his best in whatever role he finds himself in.

Gyan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (Kumasi, Ghana). He also holds an MSc in Facility Management from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) in Switzerland. He is also a corporate governance professional and has a diploma in Corporate Governance from the Institute of Directors, Ghana. He however speaks fluent English and French as well as Intermediate German and he can also work in different multi-cultural environments.
