Martin has been a Facilities Manager at Broll Namibia since 2016, a strategic partnership between the Broll Property Group South Africa and the Ohlthaver & List Group of Companies founded in 2003. He is currently managing the Shoprite Namibia Portfolio of 98 retail outlets countrywide. The portfolio comprises of both owned and leased facilities with disciplines ranging from MEP, HVAC+R, IT, and various soft services. He is also a current Board Member of the Africa Facilities Management Association.
