FMCE Botswana Refund Policy

Thank you for registering your business and services at FMCE Botswana website. We strive to provide a satisfactory experience for our users, and we offer refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase of online registration. However, please note that if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Your eligibility for refunds is void under the following circumstances:

  1. If your registration was not completed within 5 working days from the date of purchase.

  2. If you did not provide all the required supporting information to meet the online registration requirements for validation.

  3. If you did not refer your business clients to the registration link to rate the services or products they have received.

We only issue refunds if you have followed the instructions for registration and successfully completed the required information upload. Additionally, refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  1. If your clients were unable to complete the rating form due to technical problems on our website.

  2. If you experienced technical challenges with the website without receiving adequate support to resolve the problem. In such cases, please provide supporting screenshots as evidence to support your refund claim.

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. If support was rendered but delays resulted in client dissatisfaction.

  2. If any claims are made more than 30 days after successful registration.

Once your refund claim is received and investigated, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your claim. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, the credit will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 working days.

Late or missing refunds: If you have not received a refund yet, we recommend checking your bank or credit card provider first, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.
