Uzoma Anugom
Uzoma is a Chartered Commercial real estate professional (MRICS) with extensive experience in providing real estate services across various sectors (such as Industrial, Retail, Hospitality, Residential, Office etc.). He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer responsible for driving diverse operational activities aimed at boosting profitability for RDC Property Group’s portfolio in Botswana.
He is resourceful and well-grounded in Property & Asset Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate Valuations and Development Management processes. He has successfully planned and delivered income yielding property development projects in various sectors for the group and contributing to the capital growth of the portfolio. Prior to joining the Botswana team, he was responsible for managing and growing the group’s portfolio in Nigeria which contributed to his vast hands-on experience in the Southern and West African business environments. His commitment in promoting sustainable designs in the built environment earned him an EDGE credential issued by the IFC.
He holds a Commercial Real Estate Certificate qualification from Cornell University USA, MSc. in Construction Project Management from Loughborough University UK, MBA from University of Nicosia Cyprus, and a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from FUTO Nigeria. Amongst other professional qualifications, he is a qualified Project Management Professional (PMP) and tested Facilities Management Professional (FMP) which goes a long way to buttress his competence in the built environment. He is also a full member of the Real Estate Institute of Botswana (REIB), Botswana Facilities Management Association (BOFMA) and a registered Real Estate Practitioner duly accredited by Real Estate Advisory Council (REAC) of Botswana.
He enjoys volunteering, travelling, outdoor adventures and socializing during his spare time.
